The central area includes a dining room and a sitting room (possiblity to accommodate an extra guest with single bed sofa, in case group is 10 persons). Thanks to the nice climate, meals are served, most of the time on the front verandah. There is also another "guest" toilets off the central area.

La partie centrale de la Villa inclut une salle à manger extérieure et des sofas. Grâce à un climat exceptionnel une grande partie de l'année, les repas sont servis sur la terrasse couverte ou dans le jardin.

 

Bedding (see "Our rooms") : 3 double beds and 4 single beds to accomodate a maximum of 10 guests.

Composition des chambres-suites : voir la rubrique Nos chambres. La Villa offre 3 grand lits double en 180, 4 lits simples en 90. De plus, un bungalow à proximité immédiate offre 2 lits doubles et un lit simple.

Une aire de BBQ et table pique-nique est à votre disposition sur le terrain. Notre personnel peut organiser un BBQ pour vous.

Meet and greet upon arrival and briefing by our English speaking attendant. He/She will assist you during your stay and can organise your transfers and tours to discover the area (see Activities). He/She will be able to advise you about activities and will make your stay an enjoyable one.

 

Maid service is included in the rental every day to make your life easier. Anita is smily and works with efficiency and  a second housekeeper will take care of groups up to 5 persons. Our friendly watchman, living at the premises, speaks Swahili and understands english. Shabani, the night guard is on duty from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. 

 

THE SELF CONTAINED RENTAL INCLUDES :

-          Exclusive use of the villa and property during your stay

-          Bed linen provided for the beds you requested

-          Mosquito nets for all beds

-          Towels 

-         Amenities/Facilities provided fridge/freezer/Owen

-         All plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins etc for a group of 2 to 10 p maximum.

 

Our villa runs on solar system which is very efficient. You will have full power to charge your batteries, for fridge, freezer, fans etc but note that a boiler or hairblow will seriously damage our system so please dry your hair in the sun... thanks a lot !

 A powerful generator is available as a back up.  

 

We advise you to take plastic shoes along with you for the beach so that you can walk confortably at low tides on the  beach and to swim easily. 

 

Food supply :

We recommend you to choose the "Full board" option at fair price (25 usd/day/person for 3 delicious meals, minimum 4 days) which will give you the opportunity to really relax and enjoy your holidays. The Chef will prepare delicious indian and swahili cuisine with local spices. Fresh fish, prawns, lobsters with supplement according to season etc.

Drinks upon request (extra cost), have to be organised in advance or guests can brings their own.
 

Bottled water for drinking must be purchased from Tanga or Pangani.

 

Safety :

Choba is a safe, quiet little village and our staff is honest and trustworthy. However we do recommend you keep your valuables - wallets, cameras, telephones, computers, money etc. in our big safe and keep the key when you leave the house to ensure the safety of your belongings.
